Forums Clean Up and Consolidation

Sup peoples. If you're wondering what the hell is going on with the forums. I'm re-organizing and consolidating. Any and all suggestions are welcome. It'll take a little while so you'll notice a variety of changes over the next couple of weeks. Some will be subtle and some drastic.

Primary Server Update & Stat Reset

This morning I updated the server with the old mod and should alleviate some of the old problems like people spectating for hours idle and some other stuff. There may be some wonkyness going on with rotation and some other things so let me know if something is wierd or not working.
